General
What is Tiksan?
Tiksan (from Vietnamese 'Tích sản', meaning accumulating assets) is an automated Dollar Cost Averaging system for Vietnamese stocks. Instead of manually buying each cycle, Tiksan calculates allocations, places orders, and tracks your portfolio according to the rules you configure.
Who is Tiksan for?
Tiksan is for retail investors who want to systematically accumulate Vietnamese stocks without watching the market daily. It is especially useful for busy or beginner investors who want to build consistent investment discipline.
Do I need technical skills to use Tiksan?
No. You only need a DNSE brokerage account and an internet connection. Tiksan handles all allocation logic and order placement automatically.
Will Tiksan buy or sell without my approval?
There are two modes: auto-execution and manual approval. In manual approval mode, Tiksan only suggests orders — you decide whether to execute them. You remain in full control at all times.
Plans & Pricing
What plans does Tiksan offer?
Tiksan has three main tiers: Free (0 VND, 10M VND/month cap, advisory output only), Starter (49k VND/month, full automation, 10M VND/month cap), and Standard (99k VND/month, 30M VND/month cap). A Research add-on (+49k VND/month) is available on paid tiers.
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan gives you the DCA allocator with an editable VN30 starter list, order suggestions you can place manually, and Telegram notifications. It does not include broker integration, auto-execution, or daily cycles.
How is the monthly DCA cap calculated?
The cap is enforced at config save time, not at runtime. Tiksan estimates total monthly DCA = per-cycle allocation × expected cycles (daily ≈ 22, weekly ≈ 4, monthly = 1). If the projection exceeds your plan's cap, you must upgrade before saving.
What does the Research add-on include?
The Research add-on (+49k VND/month, paid tiers only) provides curated stock lists researched by the Tiksan team, monthly sector commentary, company rationale notes, backtested performance reports, and portfolio rebalance signals.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrading carries over all your data with no friction. On downgrade, if your existing config exceeds the new tier's cap, it becomes read-only until you reduce DCA volume. Your portfolio and history are always preserved.
Security & Privacy
How does Tiksan store my broker credentials?
DNSE login credentials are encrypted at rest using per-user encryption keys. Tiksan never stores passwords in plain text.
Can Tiksan withdraw money or transfer funds from my account?
No. Tiksan only has permission to place buy and sell orders through the DNSE API. The integration does not include withdrawal or bank transfer permissions.
Is my investment data shared with third parties?
No. Your portfolio data, configuration, and transaction history are used solely to operate the service. They are never sold or shared with third parties.
How does Tiksan handle DNSE two-factor authentication?
The DNSE login flow requires TOTP (authenticator app) and email OTP. Tiksan supports the full MFA flow securely — you confirm the OTP once when connecting, and the session is maintained automatically thereafter.
Order Execution
How does Tiksan place orders?
Each cycle, Tiksan calculates capital allocation per ticker, fetches market prices, filters eligible tickers (below stop price), computes share quantity (floor(allocation / price)), then places orders using lot-splitting rules: ≤100 shares is a single order; >100 shares is split into a round lot + odd lot.
What happens if a buy order does not fill during the day?
At end of day, Tiksan cancels unfilled buy orders and re-places them the next trading day at the new market price. Unmatched amounts carry over to that ticker's allocation in the next cycle.
How does auto take-profit work?
When a stock price reaches your take-profit threshold, Tiksan automatically places a sell order for a portion of your holding (default 33%, configurable from 10–100%). This triggers only once permanently per user + ticker combination.
What happens when a stock price exceeds the stop price?
If the current price ≥ stop price, Tiksan skips that ticker for the cycle and redistributes its allocation among remaining eligible tickers in the same list. If a pending take-profit sell is open and the price drops below stop price, the sell order is cancelled.
What cycle frequencies are available?
Free plan supports weekly and monthly cycles. Starter and Standard plans additionally support daily cycles (every trading day). You configure the schedule in your settings.
